CCW MEETING 1/27/2020 6PM @ Beach Point Club
Good Morning Chefs,
We are just returning from our Annual Culinary trip from Morocco. It was a Huge Success. Personally it far exceeded our expectations as far as Culture and Culinary Education.
Great Trip All Around.
Our next meeting is in 12 Days from today, so right around the corner.

Guest are welcome for a small fee of $50 each.
The Meeting is at Beach Point Club in Mamaroneck 6:00PM Start. They are in the process of finishing up some interior renovations so it should be nice to see the clubhouse refreshed.
Executive Chef and Fellow Member Peter Assue and his Team will be Creating a Great Menu for us to Try. Education will Focus on Salmon and the latest Sustainable Practices.
