Hello Fellow Chefs, I hope everybody had a great Holiday Season and a safe and healthy New Year. Our trip to Bavaria is approaching fast and the arrangements are all complete. We have 18 people traveling this year and it promises to be a fantastic trip as well as a very educational one. We will be receiving 26 Continuing Education Hours for this trip.
