Happy beginning of the season!
Hello Fellow Club Chefs. Happy Beginning of the Season to you all!! I hope everyone has been able to get their staff together and ready to have a great summer! We had a great meeting/spring trip to Westtown Brewery and Black Dirt Distillery on Monday April 25th. The weather cooperated and we were able to taste some local beer, whisky, farm fresh milk, ice cream and super intense maple syrup. Special thanks to John Krall for helping organized the trip, we had a good turn out
