CCW January Update
Good Morning Chefs – I hope everyone is Enjoying some Well Deserved Downtime at their Clubs.
The Trip to France was Awesome what a Great Experience! Thanks Again to Austin for helping to Plan this Trip and Lenny for getting us the Education Points.

Also as Mentioned at the Holiday Lunch in December our Fellow Long Time Board Member Joe Moore is Leaving the Club World to Open a Restaurant in the Hudson Valley, Along with his Wife and Fellow Club Chef Trace from Shenorock Shore Club.
I would like to Thank Joe for his Service and wish him Much Success on his next Chapter in Life.
I encourage you all to dine there once he gets settled in…
Having Said that I would Like to Re- Welcome Nicole McGee back to the Board for CCW. For those of you that know Nicole, she is a real “go getter”. I see her really helping the Organization achieve its goals.
I am lucky to have her as part of the Team!
As Nicole is Settling into her new Role its has been Brought to my Attention that some Clubs are still outstanding for their 2018 Dues ( I will not mention Names ). Please check with your Controller and make sure you are up to date.
Having Said that your 2019 Dues are Almost Due, So lets Be nice and Early and get those payments in… it really helps the organization stay solvent and continue to provide you with Education. If we can have everyone PAID up by are March Meeting that would be a Good Thing! More Details to Follow soon on our next meeting “Save the Date for Tuesday March 12th” for now..
Finally, Orienta Beach Club is having a Nice Social Event this Monday… Paddle Tennis and Ice Skating
The Manager of Orienta Mark Sheehan is offering Club Chefs of Westchester Members ½ price admission and kids under 12 are free.
The Event is not that expensive to begin in my opinion, so that’s $25 a person to have a great family night out with food.. That’s a No Brainer.
