Please join us for our 1st Official Meeting after the Summer; Wednesday, October 17th @ 6:00 P.M. Chef Fay Reyes has stepped up again and is Hosting us at The Mill River Club. Koppert Cress USA is Providing the Education that Evening so we will Learn Everything you ever wanted to know about Living Microgreens. Chef Fay will then use their Product in a 4 Course Dinner. If you are interested in Attending please RSVP to me at AndrewL@NYAC.org.

Also, we have on Monday, November 12th @ 5:00PM; De Gustibus cooking School featuring Ian Coogan from abc Kitchen & abc cocina. Executive Chef Ian Coogan runs two Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurants: abc kitchen (which won the James Beard “Best New Restaurant“ award) and abc cocina, featuring Latin-inspired cuisine. This class will explore sustainable, seasonal, farm-fresh dishes — with tips and techniques that can help you apply the ooh la la touch of Jean-Georges.

$50pp Includes Drinks at the Bar Before the Event ~ Educational Demo ~ Dinner & Wine Included. SPACE IS VERY LIMITED….to Members Only..

Finally, please Don’t Forget the Chris Gasse Foundation Golf Outing on Monday, October 1st. The golf portion is sold out but your are welcome to come to the Dinner Portion. $75pp for the Dinner..
