Tuesday April 10th Meeting CCW

Greetings Fellow Chefs – We are Still Pre Season for Most Clubs and Soon we will be making the mad Dash for Memorial Day & Summer Rush.

So we have Some Time to Enjoy while we Can….

Thanks Again to Seth Wernow and his Team for Killing it over at American Yacht Club. They Pulled Double Duty by Hosting and Providing Education to the membership..

The Liquid Nitrogen was a Great Idea and they made it look so Easy to Execute..

Having said that:

I just wanted to remind Everyone that don’t forget to RSVP with me for the April 10th Meeting at Wykagyl Country Club.

I recently spoke with Lenny Phillips from Shenorock Shore Club and He is very Excited on Doing the Education along with his Sous Chef Trace Martin. We will be Learning about Bread and starters. We will also give out some Bread Starter Dough in Mason Jars to those in attendance.

I have 40 Hard Cover copies of “Tartine Bread by Chad Robertson” for the first 40 Members that RSVP with me for this meeting…..

Due to Cost

If you have already Reserved I have your Copy on Hold…

If we have a big turnout we will consider getting more copies.

And then our Host Chef Victor Honrath and his Team will be Showing Us his Creative Flair and Treat us to a Family Style Dinner with a Spanish Theme. In January Victor was able to be Part of the CCW Trip Which took place in the Basque Region of Spain.

So you know its going to be good… “ NO PREASURE CHEF”

Then to Top off a Great Night we will wrap it up by having Dessert in the Clubs Bowling Alley, where you can try your luck on getting a few Strikes…

I received a lot of good feedback from the Vendor Show this Past Tuesday. ~ Thank You to all that helped and Volunteered there time, to bring it all together…
