April 10th Meeting for CCW

Greetings Chefs,

My Name is Andrew Ladd and I am honored and humbled to be your next President of Club Chefs of Westchester. First and foremost, I would like to thank Chef Austin Braswell and his past Board for their service for what they have done and accomplished over the past 2 years!

I am very fortunate to have Austin as our President Emeritus for some guidance and support.

I feel that the Election Committee put together a solid team for the next term, so, going forward, I am very excited to be working with Seth Wernow as our Vice President, Joe Moore as our Treasurer serving a second term so thank you, and Kierstin from Beachpoint Club will be our new Secretary.

I look forward to working with you all in the upcoming months.

Please reply privately to me for any ideas or suggestions you would like to make and the new Board and I will take them under consideration.

Some announcements to make:

The MCF Vendor Show is this Tuesday. I hope to see you all there.

6:00 P.M. Start time - light reception

6:45 P.M. Meeting to introduce the new Board

7:30 P.M. Education In House Bread Baskets and Milling Grains & Flour

8:00 P.M. Family Style Dinner “ A Night in Bilbao Spain” with Pitchers of Victors Secret Sangria recipe!

Then, if that wasn’t enough….. after dinner, please join us for some dessert that will be served in the Club's bowling alley where you can try your luck at getting some atrikes!
