March Meeting Reminder Tuesday 6th @ AYC

Vacation is over and the meeting on is this Tuesday night! I am very excited about the education and think everyone is going to enjoy it. Chef Seth and team is working liquid Nitrogen into the whole night! This is their first time hosting and we also need a good turnout to vote for the new board. Please make every effort to attend. American Yacht Club is located at 499 Stuyvesant Ave, Rye, NY 10580.

6:00 PM Arrival and Cocktails

6:45 PM Education

7:30 PM Meeting and vote on new board members

8:00 PM Awesome Dinner

The Vendor show is on the 20th of this month and is also right around the corner. Chef Lenny has already reached out to who is hosting a table for the event. He needs to know by March 12 the following information for the signs to be printed.

• Donations sponsors

• Names of chefs who are helping on the table

Starting thinking about what Spanish/Pinxtos themed menu you would like to do. Hopefully we don’t all think of the same thing, menus already submitted have as there main component are Octopus, Pork Belly, Salmon, Hanger Steak, Basque French Toast. Lets make this a great event, the managers and vendors love the cocktail party lets give them a great experience.
