CCW recap of meeting at Bronxville Field Club


I just wanted to thanks Chef Dan and his team for a amazing dinner! What a beautifully set table and the ambiance that Bronxville provides make the night so much more enjoyable for all of us chefs who are always stuck in the kitchen.

We sampled some of the best products that D'Artagnan has to offer, paired with amazing wines from Melissa from Landmark wines. We tasted many different varietals of Landmark and Justin Vineyards! During each course Ariana the owner of D'Artagnan spoke what was plated and a little bit about her and her company. She really is a celebrity, we were really lucky to have her come and speak with us. I included a few pictures of the night for those not in attendance.

Also if you were not aware one of our own Chef Blake Verity is cooking in the cassoulet war in the city at the end of the month. If you would like to come out and support Blake the invitation is below. Just email Kevin at and he will put you on the VIP guest list and not have to pay at the door. We all missed it when Blake was on Iron Chef, I cant miss this one!
