CCW Presidents Golf Invitational

Hi Chefs,

We wanted to get another golf outing day together this so all can participate. The Chris Gasse golf outing was too early in the season and could not accommodate everyone busy schedule.

Chef Lorcan and Old Oaks Country Club would love to host us for this event! Please mark in your calender's October Monday 23. Shotgun at 11:00 AM cocktail and prizes to follow. Price per Golfer will be $175. All proceed with go directly to the Club Chefs Education account for us to find and plan more great culinary day trips or classes.

This would be a great way for YOU chefs to have your club buy a foursome and bring your kitchen staff for a great day of golf as a thank you for working so hard this year. Has there ever been a golf course full of just Chefs and Cooks? Lets make this happen. Chef Lenny will be helping organize the foursome and please email he directly to hold one for your club. Reminders:

Chef Dan at Bronxville Field Club would like to reminder everyone about the Janice Hospice event at his club October 25. This event raises money to give Hospice patients some pretty amazing care, without charging them or their families outrageous prices. All volunteers are appreciated for this event.

Clubs participating are: Leawood, Manursing, Scarsdale, Shenorock Shore, Orienta< looking for one more! Chef Dan just step up to the plate and will host the Meeting in January! Many thanks in advance Dan!

Chef John Krall at Manursing Island would also like to remind us about POTS charity November 14. He will have more information and will contacting everyone looking for auction items and volunteers in the near future. POTS is a all inclusive soup kitchen in the Bronx that directly helps people in need in many ways then just a hot meal.
