Happy Labor Day!
Hi Chefs,
We want to wish you Happy Labor Day and mark the end to your summer!!! Hope you all get a break from the crazy day to day cooking and are able to squeeze in a little vacation.
The Chris Gasse Golf Charity fundraiser was a big success!! Thanks to all who were able to come out and play and support the cause. We raised for the family another $20,000!! Mrs. Gasse is always blow away from the support and it was most appreciated. Big thanks to Chef Lenny for organizing the event and making it all happen, Chef Lorcan for arranging for all the food donations and Chef Andrew and the Morefar staff for hosting us!
