Meeting Reminder for Tuesday, April 11


Hi Chefs,

Club Chefs of Westchester and Authentic Italy have the pleasure to invite you to NYAC for a virtual journey to the region of Lombardy, in northern Italy, through two of its most coveted foods and wines: Calvisius Caviar and Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta.

We are going to learn about the largest sustainable farm of sturgeon in the world, producing top quality caviar's, and explore Ca’ del Bosco sensational lineup of the world-famous DOCG Franciacorta sparkling wines, made in the traditional method Champenoise.

Franciacorta bubbles will complement the sumptuous tasting of a variety of Calvisius Caviars in an engaging and educational tasting and seminar that will explore sturgeon species, grape varietals, and its characteristics and flavor profiles.

The meeting is at The New York Athletic Club, Travers Island. Located at 31 Shore Rd, Pelham, NY 10803.
