CCW Meeting Monday At Siwanoy

Greetings Chefs,

We have a great night planned for our first meeting back from break. Please make every effort to attend on Monday March 13th . This is Chefs Anibal first time hosting and I hope we can support him through a good turnout.

Education will be conducted by Brian Meier who is the National Sales Manager for DelMonte meats and Allen Brothers. Brian works directly with Niman and Diaryland because they are the largest supplier of Niman Ranch products on the West coast. He is also going to discuss Free Bird Poultry and the industry shift from commodity practices over to ABF and how ABF is soon to be the normal choice for all protein in this country. They work closely with Amish Farmers in Pennsylvania to ensure that they are properly supported for the work that they do in raising all their poultry.
