Hello Fellow Chefs,
I hope the summer season is treating everybody well!
We had a great night at Saint George Bistro earlier this month.
I would like to thank Austin Braswell for his hard work in helping put the event together. It was a very well attended evening and the food and wine was very enjoyable. It was great to see so many spouses and significant others in attendance.
As the summer rolls along we must start to think about our Fall calendar. Our September meeting will be held at Beach Point Club with Chef Max Shteyman hosting us. Max always puts out a fantastic meal so I encourage you all to make every effort to attend. The meeting will be on September 15th at 6pm. Please email Max if you are planning on attending. firstname.lastname@example.org.
If anyone wants to host a meeting in the Fall and Winter, please let me or Austin know and we will gladly assist you.
Our Annual Golf outing will be held in early October at Bedford Golf and Tennis. Lenny Phillips will be coordinating this event as always. We ask you to help us raise as much money as possible again this year by bringing us auction items such as Foursome Certificates from your club or a donation from your Golf Shop. We are also offering sponsorship opportunities on every Tee and Green this year @ $100 per sponsorship, so please ask your GM if your club would like to be a sponsor. Individuals and families are also urged to sponsor as are any of our Vendors. Please contact me directly if you wish to contribute.
The final stretch of the season is upon us now so I wish everybody a successful end to what has been a very good summer.
