Hello Fellow Chefs!
I just wanted to give everybody some updated information on our September Meeting and the Golf Outing.
Our September Meeting will be hosted by Chef Daniel Neuroth at The Bronxville Field Club on Tuesday September 9th.
Cocktails will be served in The Chef’s Garden from 6pm, we will also have a Garden Tour and lecture at 6.30 followed by a Unox Combi Oven demonstration.
This will be followed by our meeting and then dinner which will include a tasting/education segment on the wines of Landmark Winery in California.

Our Annual Golf Outing has been scheduled for Tuesday September 30th at Metropolis Country Club.
We will have Brunch at 11.30am and a 1pm Shotgun start with a cocktail reception to follow.
The price will be $215.00 per player which includes all expenses golf related.

Don’t forget that we are offering a new sponsorship deal this year. For $100 you, your family, friends, BOSS or CLUB can sponsor a Tee or Green on the course. Your name will be displayed on a sign at the appropriate site for all to see. This is a great way to help us raise more money for The Chris Gasse Family Education Fund.
Also, don’t forget to help us with our raffle and auction items and we encourage everybody to buy tickets for the raffle on the day of the event.
Finally, Mike Dolan is making great strides on the Jan 2015 trip to The Emerald Isle (and that other country next door!!!) It looks like we would fly in to England and spend approximately 4 days there and then on to Ireland for about 4 more days. We should have some details to discuss at the upcoming meeting at Bronxville Field Club.
