Hello Fellow Club Chefs.
I would like to thank Chef Max Shteyman and his staff for hosting our April Meeting.
We had a terrific Ramen Noodle education session with George Kao from Sun Noodle. George and his Chef put on a great show for us and we learned a lot about Ramen, its history and that its not just the dried noodles you buy at the store for 25 cents a pack!!
We were presented with a check for $10,000 by Sarah Kuhl on behalf of Randy Ruder and the CMAA for our participation in the vendor show.
Max followed the presentation with a great lunch, celebrating Passover in his own unique style!
Our next meeting is scheduled for May 13th at 5pm at Scarsdale Golf Club hosted by Chef Victor Zarate and his staff.
The education will be provided by Half Full Brewery from Stamford, Connecticut. Thanks to Austin Braswell for setting that up for us.
It promises to be a great meeting so I encourage all you to attend.
