December 2012 Newsletter


Dear Fellow Club Chefs,

It was great seeing everyone at our dinner meeting at Restaurant 42 last Monday.

Thanks to John Krall for arranging this. All in attendance will agree, great view and wonderful

company with friends and colleagues.

We are finalizing our arrangements for the educational trip to Italy all attendees will be

contacted as to when and where we will meet.

Our next meeting will be on January 15, 2013 at The Doral Arrowwood 975 Anderson Hill Road

We have joined Club Chefs of Connecticut, Metropolitan Club Chefs and CAWLC to

do a educational seminar with BBQ Guru Steve Raichlen. He will talk about the

history of BBQ, the difference between Texas, Kansas City and other types of BBQ and serve a lunch.

The cost of this educational event is $60.00pp payable to Club Chefs of Connecticut Inc. and is due by January 10, 2013

1) This event is on a “first come-first served” basis. We are limited to 110 attendees. Once we hit that number a wait-list will be started.

2) All attendees need to RSVP with Jeff, however reservations are confirmed only when payment is received.

10:00 am Lecture followed by roundtable discussion and Buffet Luncheon
