Dear Fellow Club Chefs,
As we enter August we all hopefully get the preschool break as is well deserved after this grueling hot summer.
Our next meeting will be held at The Mill River Club on Tuesday, September 11,2012 hosted by Executive Chef Fey Reyes and General Manager Azdine Boucetta.
This will be an early evening, cocktails will be at 5pm followed by education, meeting and Casual BBQ on the Patio.
Also coming up is The Club Chefs of Westchester annual golf outing to benefit The Christopher Gasse Family Trust Fund. This event will be hosted by Chef Tony Nunes and General Manager John Assumma at Waccabuc in October 2012 details to follow.
