Chefs – Good Morning

 

We had a Great Dinner at The Mill River Club

Thanks to Chef Fay and Her Team, they did a Great Job as Always….

 

The Presidents Cup was very well Received and a Great Success. Thank you Lorcan and your Team for hosting and organizing this event.

I hear someone even got a Hole in 1!

 

I am looking for Host Clubs for January’s Meeting as well as March.

If you have not hosted in a while or Never….. Now is the Time. Please Reach out to me Directly if you can Host.

De Gustibus cooking School featuring Ian Coogan from abc Kitchen & abc cocina

Executive Chef Ian Coogan runs two Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurants: abc kitchen (which won the James Beard “Best New Restaurant “award) and abc cocina, featuring Latin-inspired cuisine. This class will explore sustainable, seasonal, farm-fresh dishes — with tips and techniques that can help you apply the ooh la la touch of Jean-Georges.

 

$50pp Includes Drinks at the Bar Before the Event ~ Educational Demo ~ Dinner & Wine Included
