The meeting will be held at Orienta Beach Club and is located at 1054 Walton Ave, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 on Tuesday October 10.

We have a great night planned with education on Game Meats. Education is provided by Fossil Farms owner Lance Applebaum and Chef Scott Drozd.

During the lecture we will sample a few of the exotic yet approachable game meats consisting of pig head, elk and ostrich. We picked a few items that we think you can use for specialty menu items and something that you might not have had in the past. Delicious and fun!
