Spring has Finally Arrived and Our Clubs are Picking up Steam. Mother’s Day is Right Around the Corner. Please make some time to get Together with Westchester Club Chefs. We also have a great Education Lined Up with a Mozzarella Cheese Making Class.
The Name of the Company Providing the Product is Liuzzi Cheese. They are a five Generations Company of Artisan Cheese Makers. www.Liuzzicheese.com
I’m sure most of us have made Mozzarella at one time or another. This will be a Great Refresher for us and we will also do Burrata which has become very popular in recent years.
They are also Generously Donating by doing our first Course for us to Taste.
Also, Keep in mind that our Yearly Dues are Due within the Next Week or So. Please Keep your Membership in Good Standing and Current. Applications with Current Dues Structure is on the Website www.ClubChefs.com. Please pm me if you need password credentials.
Finally, WCC is Planning a Summer Soiree on Long Island. Tuesday June 12.
We will Continue our Summer Tradition of Letting Someone Else do the Cooking since all our Clubs are Running Full Steam. His Executive Chef Lenny Messina will be at the Helm Treating us to a great dinner. We will have a Large Bus Leave from Beach Point Club around 5:15PM Where you can Pre Game and Sip on some Adult Beverages and not Worry about Driving....I will update everyone on exact timing once we get a little closer.
For those, like myself, who live on Long Island, please Arrive at the Restaurant @ 6pm. We will then have a Multi Course Tasting Menu Featuring Hudson Valley Foie Gras. This Restaurant will not Disappoint. Spouses and Significant Others are Welcome. Space will be Very Limited to 60 Guest. We Will have the Whole Restaurant to Ourselves! I will send out a email in the coming weeks and Start Taking Reservations right after our May 9th meeting. The Cost will be $98 per person and Includes:
