Hello Fellow Chefs,
I hope everybody had a great Holiday Season and a safe and healthy New Year.
Our trip to Bavaria is approaching fast and the arrangements are all complete. We have 18 people traveling this year and it promises to be a fantastic trip as well as a very educational one. We will be receiving 26 Continuing Education Hours for this trip. This is the most we have ever managed to accrue on a trip so a big thank you to Jan Hoffmann for all of his hard work and to Lenny Phillips for making sure we received credit for everything.!!
As soon as we return from Germany we shall set up our next meeting. It will most likely be at a City Club or at a Restaurant.
Our lunch at Gabriel was very well attended and was a great experience, we had some terrific Hors d’ Oeuvres and a delicious lunch with some great wines. Thanks to Austin Braswell for setting it up.
I hope to see you all when we return from Bavaria!!
