I would like to invite Chefs working in a Country Club in Westchester or the surrounding areas to be a part of this ever growing and evolving group of professional chefs.
We are dedicated to learning and expanding our knowledge in every aspect of the culinary business, focusing on Clubs and club related issues and concerns. We all share the common goal of providing the best possible dining experience to our members by ensuring we are staying current with trends, dietary and allergy issues, and health department regulations. We try to offer as much training and guidance as possible to our members so they can in turn train their staff to ensure the happiness, safety and well being of each member at their Club.
