October 2014 Newsletter

Hello Fellow Club Chefs, We had our October meeting at Willow Ridge Country Club on October 7th, hosted by Chef John Chevalier. I would like to thank John and his Food and Beverage team for hosting us. John and his team put out a fantastic meal, with a variety of exceptional Hors d’ Oeuvres for all to sample. We had a good attendance on the night and had a very informative education segment provided by Andre Mendoza from Arriba Gold Chocolate. His demonstration was very interesting and the product itself is very good. The Annual Golf Outing was a tremendous success and we raised $20,000 for the Chris Gasse Educational Fund.
