Dear Fellow Club Chef,

I would like to thank Executive Chef Victor Zarate, Sous Chef Jose Taverez, General Manager, Mr. William Minard, Restaurant Manager Geraldine Lasala and the entire staff of the Scarsdale Golf Club for hosting our April meeting. Victor and his crew did a fantastic job. The Sundae Bar at the conclusion of the main course was a perfect ending to a great meal. Thanks also to Jim from Tony’s Fishes and Knishes for his seafood presentation.

Our next meeting will take place on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at The Quaker Ridge Golf Club @ 12:00 Noon and will be hosted by Executive Chef Raymond Hollanda. Raymond has arranged to have Mark Sarazin from DeBragga and Spitler give a presentation on Wagu beef.

We are still looking into a restaurant for our Annual June Dinner. Mark your calendars for Tuesday June 15, 2010 as the tentative date. Precise details of time and place will follow at the next meeting or shortly thereafter.

Please submit your Annual Dues to the PO Box on or before our deadline of June 1, 2010. Thank you to those of you who have already mailed them in.
