Dear Fellow Club Chef,

I would like to thank our immediate past board members: Eddie Loayza, Mike Dolan, Joe Guerra and Raymond Hollanda for their service to our association over the past two years. We can truly appreciate all of their efforts in providing us with many opportunities for culinary education and thereby helping us all to become better Chefs. We had a great meeting and meal at Café Azzurri in Hartsdale last month in which our new Board Members were installed. Our congratulations to them and we look forward to their next two years in service to our organization.

The annual vendor show last month was once again very well received by the vendors, managers, chefs and guests. Special thanks to all of you who participated by donating your time and talents to make it so enjoyable for all the attendees.

Our next meeting will take place on Tuesday-April 13, 2010 @ The Scarsdale Golf Club. Please RSVP to Chef Victor Zarate at (914) 723-2840. Cocktails will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by our meeting, education, and dinner.

I would also like to inform you about another educational opportunity during the day of April 13, 2010 prior to our meeting. The Club Chefs of Connecticut have invited us to attend their meeting and education featuring Master Chef Mark Erickson. Please submit your dues forms for 2010 to your manager as soon as possible. We still need volunteers to host meetings. We do not have a definite host for May 2010. Please contact Lenny Phillips@ lphillips@shenorockshoreclub.org if you are interested and able. We will have our annual June Dinner at a restaurant, details to follow at upcoming meetings and mailings.
