Dear Fellow Club Chefs
The Club Chefs of Westchester and The Club Managers Association Christmas Party was held at the Coveleigh Club in December and was a great success. Special thanks to General Manager Mauro Piccininni, Executive Chef Ron Calafell and Coveleigh’s entire staff for a great evening with our families. Thanks also to Lori Sahagian and everyone involved in orchestrating our Christmas party.
As we continue our recovery from 2009, a king of rainy years in many ways, our association re-groups and heads into 2010 with good plans. A new board will be elected this year and our website will be upgraded. Any new ideas are welcomed and every members participation is essential to help the continued success of our association.
NOTICE: Venue Change
The Monthly Meeting scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday January 12, 2010 has been changed to Brooklawn Country Club in Fairfield Connecticut. A bus has been arranged to leave from Manursing Island Club @ 8:30 and return approximately 4:00 pm. The Club Chefs of Connecticut have graciously invited us to join their education Meeting which includes; a Foie Gras Demo, Organic Chicken Farmer and a Wine Tasting.
