Dear Club Chefs,
The North Hills Country Club kindly hosted on January 06, 2009, the first Club Chefs of Westchester meeting of the new year. Many thanks to Chef Andrew Krug and the entire staff of North Hills CC for putting together a great dinner.
Thanks as well to Frank S. Keen from Albert Uster Imports for the chocolate demonstration and dessert ideas.
The culinary tour to the Southwest, Santa Fe and Albuquerque New Mexico, was a great success. Special thanks to John Krall from Manursing Island Club and Andrew Howgego from Morefar Golf Club for all the work planning involved in this year’s tour.
Golf, Meeting and Dinner!!! That’s right, our next meeting will be hosted by Chef Joseph Guerra at Cold Spring Country Club, on March 10. Chef Guerra would like to invite all the Club Chefs to a Round of golf prior to our meeting. Shot gun at 11 o’clock followed by 6 o’clock cocktail reception, meeting and Dinner. Please R.S.V.P.
