Hi Chefs

Just an informal reminder that the Club Chefs annual golf outing is almost upon us. Hampshire Country Club has generously agreed to host the event on Monday, August the 11th. Shot gun will be at 11am . A fee of $125 per player is to be paid by check on the day of the event (no pay, no play!). The fee will cover the cost of the golf, a continental breakfast served from 9.30 am, a light lunch on the golf course, plus a cocktail hour at the conclusion. All Club Chef Members are invited plus managers and friends and co-workers. It should be a spectacular event. For reservations please call Chef Eddie Loayza at Hampshire 914 698 4610 Ext. 220.

Our first regular meeting of the new season will be hosted by Chef Fay Reyes at the Mill River Club. 103 Mill River Road, Oyster Bay N.Y. Let's have a great turn out! Please R.S.V.P. to Chef Reyes at 516 922 3556 Ext. 329. Anyone interested in car pooling from Westchester for this event please call Mike Dolan at 914 664 3585.

Annual membership fees are now overdue; please check if your Controllers have sent out a check for $475 per member. You can also call our treasurer Joseph Guerra if you have any questions about your accounts.

Sous Chef
Riverside Yacht Club is a family-oriented, neighborhood Club located in Riverside, Greenwich, Connecticut. There are approximately 530 member families who take advantage of the Clubhouse, marina, tennis, pool, and beach facilities throughout the season. The Clubhouse features informal and formal dining options, as well as private rooms for special events, seasonal outdoor dining, and a poolside snack bar.

Riverside Yacht Club is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef. The candidate should have a proven track record in private clubs and/or hotels. The ideal candidate will be a team player, motivated, organized, and have a passion for cooking.
