Dear Club Chefs,

The Club Chefs of Westchester March meeting took place at Cold Spring Country Club on March 10, 2009. What a great dinner! Thanks to Chef Joseph Guerra and the entire staff of Cold Spring Country Club for putting together a fabulous meeting.

Thanks to Green Tree Packing Company and Monroe College as well for the educational part of our meeting.

The "two day" food Sanitation certification Class will be held at Morefar Golf Club on April 7-8, 2009, price is $ 350 per person. Please e-mail Victor Boyd at victor.boyd@morefar.com if you would like to participate.

Our next meeting will also be held at Morefar Golf Club on Monday, April 13, 2009 at 2 P.M. It's a "no frills" meeting. No Jeans, but no suit or tie. Morefar Golf Club is located at 233 Federal Hill Road, Brewster, N.Y. Tel# (845) 279-5086. On the educational agenda: Eating and Serving Health Food. A dietition lecture for chefs on eating and serving health food for our members.

John Krall from Manursing Island Club is organizing a trip to New Jersey on Monday, April 27, 2009: It's all about Lamb and Veal !!! John will give all the details of the trip at our next meeting.

The Metropolitan Club Managers Vendor Show is taking place at Glen Island Harbour Club on March 31, 2009. Click Here to view the Menu for the evening.
